Reporting from the First Four Days After the World Trade Center and Pentagon Attacks. Four Newspaper Set of the.

From the week of the September 11, 2001. 12, 13, 14, and 15. The set includes two complete newspapers, one which may well be complete but with revised lettering of sections, and one missing only the Business/Sports Section. September 12 - the first newspaper after the attacks. In some editions of the 9/12/0 1 NY Times, Section D is "The Living Arts, " and the main story is about Oscar Wilde. In this edition, Section E is titled simply "The Arts, " with the same main story about Wilde. I don't know if the section was omitted from this edition by the Times, or is simply not still with the sections I have. Newspapers of the 13th and 14th were in fact printed without a Section D, as noted on p. See also the note above about "The Living Arts"/"The Arts" sections. A2 Section E - The Arts Section F - House & Home Section G - Circuits.

A2 Apart from some yellowing at edges and folds, these newspapers are in remarkably good condition. Please see photos for condition, and for images of the two instances I found of anything that could be called damage.

Newspapers have been in a smoke-free, air-conditioned home since September 2001. Please check both options offered. Thank you for your interest!
