I have had the opportunity to go there for business on several occasions. The elevators don't go straight to the utmost floors. You have to transfer over to elevators on another floor on your way up or down. So, I can just imagine the state of fear and panic that people went through trying to get out. I have visited the Memorial to pay homage to the senseless tragedy of "911" that took so many lives.
